What cities do you serve?

Cancellations

We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled house or office cleaning appointment, but to avoid paying a fee, we require that you provide at least two business days’ notice. If you cancel the same day, the fee is the full amount that the scheduled cleaning would have cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, but not on the actual day of the cleaning, then the fee is $50. Please keep this in mind, as we hate to charge for services that are not provided, but we must implement this policy so that everyone involved knows that the scheduled appointments can be counted on.

Are the cleaners trustworthy?

Our company only uses vetted, and experienced, professional cleaners.  The cleaners all have liability Insurance and must pass continuous rigorous background checks. They must pass professional cleaning exams, as well as maintain high ratings to continue cleaning for our clients.

How do I book a cleaning?

You can obtain rates or request a quote on our website. Our flat rates are based of hours and cleaning direction provided by you. to book Residential click here, for Commercial click here

If you are excluding any rooms in the home, and/or only want some areas of the house cleaned and/or certain tasks, we can arrange a personalized cleaning service at our hourly rate. Please contact the office at 208-477-1524 to schedule a cleaning at the hourly rate.

Will you send different people to my place?

Yes, we often send different cleaners to your appointment.s Thi sis to encourage our cleaners maintain the highest levels of cleaning by not getting comfortable with the client or setting. Variable schedules offer a mutually beneficial working relationship between house cleaners and clients. 

What should I do before a Cleaner arrives?

We recommend advising your house cleaner about your priorities and expectations for the cleaning service, along with any instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.

Do I need to be home or at the offcie for every cleaning service?

No. Because we work on an 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule, Monday to Saturday most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.

What if something is missed?

The cleaning methods we use ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.

If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. We prefer Credit Card and usually retain Credit Card info in our system and will charge the card after service is completed. Check is also accepted many customers leave payment on the kitchen counter at the time of service. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Boise Cleaning Services.

Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

What about gratuities?

The cleaners never expect gratuities but would be very happy to receive them. 

Can I solicit the cleaner?

Each cleaner has signed an agreement which specifies that all the clients provided to him or her through Boise Cleaning Services belong to the company.  If the cleaner tries to solicit clients despite this agreement, he or she will be liable to pay a breach-of-contract fee. So please don’t try to solicit them or encourage them to solicit you.
